How to Submit a Site for a Feasibility Report

Ordering a feasibility study used to mean a phone call, a scope, and a two-week wait. Here's the whole flow on Site Scouts — from an address to a lender-ready report — in about 90 seconds.

Step 1 — Choose your report

Start by picking a Screener or a Full RSA. The Screener is a fast first-look; the Full RSA is the lender-ready study. You pick your tier up front, but you only pay at the final step — so you can build the whole thing before you commit.

Step 2 — Set the location

Enter any US gas station or c-store address. No street address yet — raw land or a future pad? Switch to pin mode and drop a lat/long instead. The site's roads, traffic, competitors, and demographics are pulled automatically from that point.

Step 3 — Describe the facility (two ways)

This is where you tell the model what's being built. You have two options:

Either way you end up with the same complete picture; the AI just saves you the typing. You can always fine-tune any field before generating.

Step 4 — Review & generate

Confirm the site — this is your last chance to correct anything — then pay securely through Stripe and the report generates. Your location locks in once you generate; a Full RSA lets you re-run the same site free for 30 days to test different builds.
